On vacation, we finally managed to take really good pictures at least one evening – I’ve become very critical and actually find everything pretty crappy, where I thought while shooting that you could make something cool out of it. Maybe I’m just missing the eye, maybe just the exercise or the right time – maybe all together.
But the sunset pictures from Föhr turned out really good and especially with the Weiwinkel lens they turned out really good – I can pat myself on the shoulder.
What I also always try to observe: the 2/3 rule. Motifs right in the center of the picture may be nice for tourist pictures, but not really demanding.
However, there are pictures that play very skillfully with the center of the picture and much more: we know most of the pictures:
