Such a fun and unique piece! No tags but feels like cotton material. Base is a light neutral tan color with lots of interesting graphics and writing on it. Has an elastic waistband that unstretched is approx 11” and can stretch up to 18.5”. Would best fit and small-medium. Length approx 25”. Has slit in back. Smoke/pet free.
